XOX Mobile, Malaysia’s first mobile virtual network operator, targets two million subscribers this year.
XOX Bhd group chief executive officer Ng Kok Heng said there were 1.7 million subscribers and the collaboration with Universal Music Malaysia would help it achieve the target.
“This collaboration is our major programme for this year and it will help increase the number of subscribers,” he told Bernama after jointly launching the ONEMUSIC Edition starter pack by ONEXOX Universal Music Edition with Universal Music Malaysia and Singapore’s managing director Kenny Ong in Subang on Wednesday.
XOX Mobile and Universal Music Malaysia have formed a first-of-its-kind partnership to deliver innovative digital music contents as part of XOX Mobile’s focus to reward its loyal subscribers.
“This plan includes special ticket offers, merchandise and exclusive meet-and-greet experience and up-close meetings with local and international artistes within the Universal Music family.”
The starter pack for ONEMUSIC, priced at RM10, includes 36GB free Internet data for those who registered.
