Once hailed as Hollywood golden couple, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are splitting ways after 12 years of relationship, including a two-year marriage.

Once hailed the Hollywood golden couple, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are going to divorce just after two years tying the knot.

One question that stands still is that – what they’re going to do of their joint properties?

In their 12 years relationship, Brangelina have managed to build an empire like no other Hollywood celebrities could ever built, they’ve joint ventures and properties all around the world.

What they’re going to do about this?

How they’ll split money and properties?

The couple had spent more than nine years together without any official relationship until they got married in 2014.

According to US laws – ‘Angelina and Brad, both were previously married before their marriage and the pair would have a prenuptial agreement, according to which, the assets owned by a person solely before their wedding, stays with them only.’

They had a 12-year relationship, but out of these, they were married only for two years.

Hence, the court will only count these two years of marriage and their individual assets will stay with the person who owned it.

They have a fortune of around $400 million.

The couple shares a lot of estates together as joint owners in places like Los Feliz, Sant Barbara, New Orleans, and winery Chateau Miraval in France.

It will be divided into ’50-50′ as per the rules and regulations of California community of property laws.

Including the house in Laos Feliz, New Orleans, and an apartment in New York, the couple will divide them into the half, or it might be settled with paying the remaining amount to the other.

This is the place for which Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie both have some emotional corner. Brad and Angelina married each other at this place; Angelina also considered this location an ancestral home as being here reminds Angelina of her French mother.

The couple bought it in 2008, and since then it is producing some expensive rose wine, Brad would not want to lose it either.

How would they split then?

The situation and attachments both the parties have with it is undeniable, it is possible that they both will lose this place and it would be marked up for sale.

Plan B Entertainment was created by Brad Pitt and his wife Jennifer Aniston and it has produced some Oscar-winning films like 12 years a Slave, Selma, etc.

After his split with his then-wife Aniston, Brad became the sole owner and Angelina never interfered in any matters of the company legally.

So, it can be said that Brad Pitt will be the sole proprietor of the business after his split with Angelina.

Shortly after declaring their relationship official in 2006, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt formed the Maddox Jolie-Pitt Foundation, named after their son.

The foundation works for the humanitarian causes, and Jolie-Pitt has participated in some of the causes personally.

How will they split this?

It is not clear, but Jolie seems to have invested more time and money in this foundation.

Jolie has a real humanitarian record of working for causes while this is the only cause that Pitt has ever worked.

She had stated many times that she wants to take a Maddox responsibility in future.

The Brangelina are custodians of the Jacques, a bulldog since 2010.

During an interview with Vogue in 2010, Angelina said that Jacques lived in France before they owned his custody.

How will they split?

It is sad and hard to imagine. Jacques may suffer because of this.

We don’t know how they are going to manage these things, but we don’t think any of them is going to bear a loss.
