Amanah got annoyed when told by PKR to consider not placing any candidate in Selangor for the upcoming GE14.

The suggestion was made by PKR information chief Shuhaimi Shafiei.

This made Amanah annoyed and swiftly its communication director Khalid Abdul Samad slammed PKR info chief and labels his suggestions as ‘out of mind’.

Khalid added that ‘Selangor does not belong to PKR’, reported the Malaysian Digest.

It was reported in the main stream media, Shuhaimi told that Pribumi and Amanah may not contest in Selangor and Penang as to ensure one to one fight between Opposition and Barisan Nasional.

It was advised that Pribumi to focus in southern part of peninsular (Johor) and other states.

However he added that the seat allocation will be determined by PKR central committee.

Meanwhile, Khalid said a close door meeting will be held to discuss on the seat allocation between the opposition component parties as to avoid any confusion and embarrassment.
