Magistrate Nurulrasyidah Mohd Akit issued the order at the Bukit Mertajam magistrate court’s lock-up, today.

Last Friday, the 38-year-old officer who is attached to the Putrajaya MACC North Zone Intelligence Unit was arrested at a restaurant in Taman Machang Bubok, at 10.20pm and was remanded for three days to assist in the investigation.
