Red Shirt movement leader Jamal Yunos today revealed another alleged misappropriation of funds from Yayasan Warisan Anak Selangor (Yawas), which were allocated for funeral expenses for the people of Selangor.

In a press conference held outside the Petaling Jaya police headquarters, Jamal accused Damansara Utama state representative Yeo Bee Yin of DAP of misappropriating the funds.

“I have all the evidence. I will be lodging a report after this and I will hand over all the relevant documents for the police to investigate.

“If she (Yeo) is not happy with this allegation, she can always take me to court like how Teresa Kok has threatened me with a legal suit … I am still waiting for the summons (from Teresa),” Jamal told newsmen today.

Jamal pointed out that if Yeo can question about Permata Foundation, she should come clean with Yawas funds entrusted to her.

Jamal has recently allegedly uncovered misappropriation of Yawas funds and has been asking Selangor Menteri Besar Azmin Ali to come clean with the fund management.

The Red Shirt leader has even lodged a few reports with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission over the alleged embezzlement of Yawas funds.
