Penang and Selangor state governments do not deserve any allocation from the Budget 2017 said Minister in the Prime Minister’s department Azalina Othman.

According to Azalina, since the opposition not interested with Budget 2017 but shows more interest in questioning ‘Who is MO1’, they shouldn’t be given any allocation.

“If you are not happy with the Budget 2017 and you left the parliament in a rude manner, then you don’t ask for allocation.

“You just handle your state according to your wish.

“This budget is about the state and the welfare for the people of the state.

“Bear in mind that this budget is not only for Barisan Nasional  but for everyone in this country,” she said at the parliament lobby on Friday.

Azalina also expressed her disappointment with former Umno leaders who had joined the opposition MPs in the protest on Friday.

“I am very disappointed with Semporna MP Shafie Apdal and Pagoh MP Muhyiddin Yassin.

“Being former BN leaders and behaving as such is totally appalling,” she added.
