DAP Gelang Patah lawmaker Lim Kit Siang proposed that a review should be allowed whether a matter discussed in foreign court is considered sub judice.

Fellow opposition law maker Gobind Singh Deo also asked the speaker whether he has read through the US court documents before calling the matter as sub judice.

Pandikar defended with his decision and advised the opposition lawmakers to table a private motion related to the matter.

He ensured a full written reply will be given to all MPs who questions on the DOJ case.
